The close partnership in which customers and Samsung accept to enter will include exchange of information about products and improvements, review of market tendencies, warranty of delivery and quality survey, technical assistance.

The　warranty period will be 24 months after delivery. During the warranty period, if there shall appear in production any defect that under proper use or testing shall arise from faulty design, materials or workmanship and you give notice thereof in writing to Samsung, we shall promptly handle with the quality issue, and reimburse your fee as stipulated in the contract.

When there is something wrong with the product, please contact us directly.
But any condition as below is not including in the free warranty scope：
1. The warranty period is expired.
2. Damage caused by improper using ,testing and handling.
3. Problem caused by irresistible element such as natural disaster etc.
