Samsung Fiberoptics became the TL 9000 certified producer of fiber-optic products with the certification through National Quality Assurance, USA Inc. We achieved TL 9000 certification for optical fiber & cable, connectors in July 2000, for optical modules in November 2001. TL 9000, developed by the Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications (QuEST) Forum, is the telecommunications industry's extension to ISO 9001:2000, and defines the
quality system requirements for design, development, production, delivery,installation, and maintenance of telecommunications products and services.
